Regardless of the period of time in which you decide to visit the U.S., chances are you will have the time of your life. From one coastline to another, the country has plenty to offer in terms of sightseeing, nature and entertainment. The peak season runs from May to September, and June to August is the most popular time, but it is also the most expensive. The best time to visit depends mostly on where in the U.S. you are planning to go.
If you are travelling to the East Coast, you should probably book your tickets for the fall, preferably September or October. The nature changing its colors offers impressive sceneries, especially in the Boston area, Arindondack and in the Catskills Mountains. Summer is also a popular season for the tourists on the East Coast. The weather is extremely pleasant in New York and Washington DC, whereas in Florida it’s starting to get really warm in June, perfect for going to the beach and sunbathing. Winters are cold in some parts of the East Coast, such as New York and Washington DC, where snow is not unusual. In Florida, on the other hand, winter is almost inexistent, and temperatures remain around 20 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit).
