If you want to get a Green Card as a multinational executive or manager, then, one of the best ways to get permanent residence in the United States is through employment.
But, in order to do that, you, a multinational executive or manager, must first have an U.S employer to work as your sponsor. The employer must in some way be aligned to the beneficiary’s foreign employer, as the same corporation, an affiliate, a subsidiary etc.
First, you need to be an employee that should have worked in that specific organization for at least one year during the past three years and also should be requesting to enter the United States to work in the same exact organization or even subsidiary or affiliate. You must also have been employed as an executive or manager. Fortunately, for employment in this category a Labor Certification is not needed.
You just need to let your employer know that he/she must file Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.
